"I wasn’t expecting the scans to come out..."
I wasn’t expecting the scans to come out as clean as they did, especially on smaller parts. Most of the details were picked up well, which was a nice surprise. Shiny edges can still be a bit annoying and usually need some cleanup afterward, but for the kind of projects I’m doing, the accuracy has been more than good enough.

"Solid and stable tbh"
I’ve been using this software for a bit it’s been stable for me. It opens without any issues and doesn’t crash much at all. Nothing super fancy to say lol, it just works when I need it to.

"Tracking was really frustrating"
The tracking was bad, honestly. Updates came in super late, so I never really knew where my order was until way after the fact

I still remember feeling annoyed after buying this because it just didn’t feel worth the price at all. For what it is, it’s way too expensive, and I kept thinking I could’ve spent that money on something much better.

"Pretty simple to get going"
I found the setup easy overall. Calibration didn’t take long either, so you can get it up and running without much hassle.

"Shipping took a bit longer than I expected"

I’ve used einstar.com a few times now, and the scan speed is the main thing that stood out to me. Every time I try tools like this, they usually take forever, but this one loads up quickly and gets through the scan way faster than I expected.

I’m not really a tech person, so I mostly just care that it works without making me sit around staring at the screen. Simple, quick, and easy is basically what everyone wants anyway, and that’s what I got here.

"Works fine, but feels a little cheap"
The scanner does what it’s supposed to and I haven’t had any real issues with it. The only thing is the casing feels kind of cheap, well, not terrible, just a bit flimsier than I expected

"Support was quick and actually helpful"
and I wasn’t expecting much at first because it was just a small issue with my order, but I couldn’t figure out what I’d done wrong.

I reached out to einstar.com support and they replied way faster than I thought they would. The person I spoke with was friendly, clear, and didn’t make it feel like I was getting some copy-paste answer.

They got everything sorted out the same day, which was a relief. It’s always nice when support actually listens and makes things easy
